The Challenge
Raffe Hotels are a family owned group with three different flavours; Gateway Hotel, an airport adjacent offering, Lomani, an adults only premium experience, and Plantation Island, one of the most treasured family resorts anywhere in Fiji.
They were struggling with brand positioning and tactics for driving growth in a segment crowded out by tour operators and OTAs.
The Strategy
We reviewed all key brands, then looked at positioning. We adjusted GTM messaging across the board and rebuilt key social strategies. We then deployed paid campaigns across all key digital touch points and overhauled elements within their website network using first principle UX strategies.
