The Challenge
Pro-invest hotels were looking to scale up direct booking volume and reduce OTA costs to ensure the valuation on each hotel could be maximised.
The Strategy
We built a hub and spoke strategy where we hubbed hotels in each geographical market together, while still breaking them out into their own campaign branches to ensure they were each obtaining as much individual brand look, feel and voice as needed.
This drive costs down (and therefore asset valuations up) and maximised direct booking flow for each hotel. All while going from 240 rooms to more than 6,000 in under three years.
