The Challenge
National Media are growing quickly, building Australia’s most significant portfolio of business and consumer events, including the decorated Aus Fitness portfolio. When we started speaking, they were looking for a faster growth curve in their performance trends to line up with the growth curve of their business as a whole.
The Strategy
We conducted a deep dive into each show and the ads running at the time. From there, we established an operating model to deliver creative iteration, at scale, across a broad marketing team representing different shows with different timelines.
Running creative iteration as targeting leads we’ve been able to laser focus on what is and sin’t working to drive continuous improvement for more than 24 different campaigns that run each year.
