The Challenge
Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley invested into a major renovation, and were looking to reinvigorate and relaunch their hotel off the back of it.
The Strategy
We designed a four pillar approach to their digital marketing; weddings / events, food and beverage, rooms and day spa. Core campaign messaging was developed to coincide with the relaunch of the property and has since evolved into a key set of always on campaigns that are overhauled regularly to drive performance uplift and avoid creative fatigue.
